We want you to love your tonies apparel, but if your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed merchandise. Simply use our online portal to initiate your return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
